As to the OP, I'm considering ditching the iphone for the Evo, unless the next iPhone is truely impressive.

With the Evo comes a sanctioned wifi hotspot, 4G internet speeds, front facing camera, 8mpx camera, and 720p video recording.

That's my line of thinking too. Unless ATT wakes up I'm outa here

On the fence here if I go with the iPad.... I have the 1G iPhone so I am free to do what I want with ATT...

Would like to lighten by bills each month here... but do like grabbing spare moments at work on my iPhone to check emails and and the such... Also I see there will be times that I might not want the size or weight of the iPad when walking about.... might feel differently if it were more paperback sized....
