I'd suggest that not bad for a 13 year old is a huge understatement. Post your PSD files from when you were 13. OP, nice work.
Heh, when I was 13, my father buyed his first computer. Nothing, that has something to do with graphic application, was on that one, except Paint or whatever it was in Windows 3.0.

How did you do the wavy line in the "I'm a Mac" one?
You may be thinking of the Pencil Tool, which can be messy. The Pen Tool uses points on a line that can be moved and stretched to create very smooth curves. People think of it as an Illustrator tool, but it is very handy in PhotoShop. I make most of my selections using the Pen Tool.

Cool, I suspect you would also use that to give things a shiny look, like the movie dashboard widget.
I make gloss doing this.
Dupe text or layer you plan on glossifiying.
Get a elliptiqual marquee over the area you want to be glossy (try get it good)
layer > layer mask > reveal selection
fx > color overlay > white
opacity 10-40%

I started with photoshop when I was younger too. I use to make custom trading cards for Pokemon and other games. Actually, most of my basic knowledge of graphics programs and OS operations in general come from those stupid things!
wow, i'm thoroughly impressed as well. you've definitely got the talent to make this a possible career in the future.
anyway, in regards to the blueprint one....maybe you could make those lines that come off the letters a little bit thinner (in weight)....so that it looks this:
