Some Youtube videos are stuttering...

Hello, thought I'd chime in. I've noticed this problem with Vevo's videos and strangely some gif's since I upgraded to Mountain Lion. The problem comes and goes away though, no idea what it could be.

On a late 2011/2012 MBP (the model pre MBPr).
