Almost there
It is good and all, what what I think it really needs to help it pop is some WEB 2.0. You know like some wet floors, a speech bubble and a beta tag. Then it will be ready for prime time.
God you guys make a tough crowd! After hours of countless revisions, I feel that this is safe to present to client. What do youuuuuu think?

PERFECT. I think the OP will use this design and he will become a millionaire; and since you all were nice enough to do it free of charge, he'll put all your names in tiny font at the bottom of his website! It's good exposure!
Yes, that font you used is GENIUS, it says professional but layed back. Man, this is the best logo I've ever seen! Here I've made a poster he can use to market his business.

I just checked with marketing after they ran the new branding past a few focus groups, and they pointed out a HUGE mistake: There is no fire!!!
Lets get some flames in there somewhere, nothing says "legal videos" like something on fire!
PS Andrew K's attempt is hilarious because in the amount of time it took him to make that flyer he could have totally came up with a real logo that OP would have been super-satisfied with... LOL

Asking how "how does my logo look?" is completely different than investing, TIME, MONEY, SKILL and EFFORT for something you will use to MAKE MONEY.
Don't believe me, go into a restaurant ask for the chef to cook you a free business lunch for clients and see how far it will get you.

I feel like we're getting pretty close with this one.

2. Someone requested fire but I didn't really think that tied in with the theme quite as well as it could. Thus, the firebear.

I'm not totally sure about this... but it might need to be simplified a little bit. I wonder how it would look with one color?
Typical of a client, the OP isn't giving much feedback. I suppose he'll wait until it's all done and then want a bunch of changes. I bet he'll want the unicorn changed to a pony!
