Hopefully we don't have people trying to return these like so many did with the iPhones. I'm talking about the people that damaged the device themselves, and made up some story for why they are returning it. I guess just as long as Apple doesn't release them with a major manufacture defect like there was on the 3G iPhones (cracking plastic), Apple will be able to stick with firm guidelines on what is allowed to be returned. I assume these will have the moisture indicators on them as well.
