Just to update this. I just got the Raspberry Speck case for my 11" Air. It is fantastic. Fits well adds no significant weight. I like the color and feel. Highly recommended!

Got mine on Friday for the 13" - loving it, its not hard plastic but a softer material. Only concern I have is that the added weight is a bigger strain on the display hinge... given how the 11" hinges are looser, I can imagine that being a real concern on the 11s.
