I am wondering if there is a possibility of the case causing marks on the watch. Especially the aluminum sport. I thought it would be possible just with the case shifting or debris getting caught between the case and the watch. What are your thoughts?

Possibly but very unlikely. The fit is surprisingly perfect, no wiggle room. But its VERY easy to remove. I'd simply remove it to clean just because its so easy to remove. I'd imagine if your a sloppy person who buys a device and NEVER cleans it, never cares for his/her products - then yeah, it might be possible. But even then, I see it being a very slim chance.

I'm OCD - Thus my setup. I'd pop off the case, spray a quick shot of compressed air on it and be ready to roll.

If the case doesn't move during use then you might just need to worry when you remove it and install it. You could splash it with water before removing. Or only remove it under a water faucet. The water might help wash away debris or serve as more of a lubricant as you remove it.

IMO - It's nothing anybody on these sorts of forums should worry about. When you get it and tinker with it for yourself, you'll see what I mean. I wouldn't worry about it :D

Thanks for the pics, I was instantly sold on the snap-on white case. Thank goodness for Amazon Prime. I should have it by Saturday!
