I like the case, fits nicely on my Space Grey watch.

I read in the rugged armor thread about the case scratching the SS and now I am wondering if I should cancel my tough armor case order. I won't be using it that frequently but I don't want to get it if people are having issues with it scratching the SS on the watch.

Anybody using these for crossfit type workouts? I have just read that the top part pops off sometimes. Just wondering because if that is the case (no pun intended) I will probably go with the rugged armor instead.

Only the soft rubber touches the watch. I don't see how it would scratch it.

I do indeed use an apple leather case on my 6+. However, my phone is not strapped to my wrist

Threads like this are why some may want a case:

I haven't scratched mine yet using this case. As stated, the soft rubber encases the watch only so I can't see how it would scratch it unless something tiny that's abrasive gets stuck between the rubber and the watch. Please note I don't wear mine on a daily basis because I just use it when I do outdoor extra-curricular activities or weight training.

If you're referring to my incident, it just happened once but be aware I was walking into the gym while I was snapping on the screen cover. So I probably was a little careless and not paying attention to make sure the screen cover was 100% secure. Since then, it hasn't happened again because I'm more aware and cautious now.

After finally getting my watch, I decided to return the tough armor. It's much more of a process than I had anticipated to put on and off. My intent was to only put on the case when I go mountain biking, snowboarding, etc. so it's kind of a deal breaker.

I'm not sure why it did not occur to me that both bands have to be removed to install the case. It takes quite a bit of time to get it on/off. I want to be able to slap it on and go quickly as necessary.

I'm probably going to wait for the speck for my purpose since that one is similar to the Thin Fit - as far as going on/off easily - while offering more protection against impacts.

I think the case is fine. Make the watch look much bigger. Just don like the screen protector which make the screen of the watch more reflective.

How's the clarity of the built-in screen protector?

Been hearing a lot of negative reviews on Spigen's lineup. Looks good but they rushed these out.

Definitly make the screen more reflective and somehow more fiction when u swipe across the screen. Otherwise it really protect ur watch from dirt and scratches.

Well I've had the Tough Armor case on my watch for a week now and have been very happy with it. The watch lives in this case during the working week because of the type of work I do and I remove it over the weekend.

I'm using it with a blue sports band until my cheap black sports band arrives from China.

I used mine when helping someone move this weekend. I was glad to have a way to meander my activity yet not be worried about every little movement damaging or scratching the watch. Yet not someone I would use for daily use.

Anyone find Tough Armor for a 38mm? Seems spigen only made this version for 42mm.

Just received my Spigen Tough Armor case for my SS BSB. I wanted this case when I do extra curricular activities such as cycling, snowboarding, football, basketball, etc. I will not be using this everyday. Anyhow, it turns the Apple watch into a faux G-Shock now :p.

It's very well made and not too bulky. I like it because it makes my SS more sportier and hides the shininess now. It comes with a screen cover so the only exposed parts are the buttons and the sensors (of course). I like the gunmetal look too. If you're wondering about the responsiveness of the touch screen, you lose a little responsiveness but it's not too bad.

Is the inside of the case rubber or hard plastic? I want a case but don't want something that will scuff my watch.

Spigen just shipped me one, they offer 25% for those who register from their website and order but the code didn't work, they're very slow to respond to e-mail I said **** it just ship it and they sure did today.

I also do the same. Have the 42 mm sport silver. Been loving the case so far. I use it with my original pebble black band.
The watch stays naked over the weekend with a black leather band or my, soon to own, Hoco link band. Also have white spigen rugged armor to go with my WSB.
