I love the sport loop! I prefer the ones from Apple. I purchased a 3rd party one from Amazon and although it was a fraction of the cost, I did not find it as comfortable as the Apple one and it was kind of scratchy. Maybe I picked the wrong off brand, but I have 2 Apple ones and they are so comfortable that its like I'm not even wearing a watch

I found the sport loop to be super comfortable, but I’m not sure I feel like it “wear every day” material. For swimming or other active activities (yard work, work outs, etc) I think it’s great.

Sport band is still my daily driver.

The Sport Loop is the one band I don’t have experience with, but the sport band that is made of Flueroastamer is by far my favorite band, not because it’s comfortable, because how durable it is and they simply don’t fail or even stain. The drawback about the sport band is they trap a lot of moisture under the wrist and they’re not very breathable.

I find it to be the MOST comfortable band, although I’ll agree with a previous post that they can feel cheaply made.
I prefer the made by Apple loops.
In regards to cheaply made this could be because they are so light weight

Yeah the only one I own is Apple made, I didn’t mean to insinuate I bought third party knockoffs. But to me the plastic parts on the ends of the band feel a bit cheap.

When switching from the 38mm to the 44mm watch, I found the wider sport loop band to feel a bit stiffer. But, I think it was just that it felt different than the smaller sport loop and it was also brand new. It took me a few days to adjust, but it's fine now. The sport loop band is definitely my favorite!

After wearing mine for about a week now, it has become more comfortable and I enjoy it. Found out I had the band up too close to my wrist which was causing the band to rub my wrist.

I wear the sport loop with the extra strap length at the top of the watch. I find that more comfortable, easier to put on, and I just think it looks better.

Yes I have a silver stainless model and the black sport loop looks great with it. Any black, brown, blue bands look great, I love the traditional leather strap from Nomad Goods and the link bracelets from Juuk Design as well.

Of the Apple bands I have experience with my preferences for comfort are: Sport Band, Nylon, Sport Loop. I should note that I've worn the first two much more than the Loop so perhaps I've not given it a fair shot. The sport band is not breathable, the Nike version is what I like the wear during workouts and I find it to be quite comfortable none the less.

The nice thing about the loop is they fit such a wide variety of wrist sizes, whereas the other two do not. Yes the Sport Band has the L/XL size but that's an additional purchase/manufacture/stocked item.

Now if we're talking about any band, including 3rd parties, hands down the leather bands by FFF are the most comfortable I have worn.

How do you keep your Sport Loop’s so clean? My black Sport Loop is clean but I can’t seem to get the dirt/grime from the side where I normally rest my wrist on stuff, clean enough.
I wear to the gym (or out running or biking) and sweet a lot. I then shower with it and then remove and let dry.

When showering with it, have you noticed that the dirt and grim, that’s collects on the band over time, come off? I have a black one (with the red specks) and can’t get the area where my wrist usually rests on the things as clean as the rest of the band. That section is noticeably darker.

I’ve had that band for 6 months and I don’t have that issue. Did you rest it in coffee or something that could’ve stained it? Maybe try some Oxi or Shout stain remover on it.

Tried it for some minutes at the Apple store and will most definitively get one for my new S4. Seems to be so much more comfortable than the regular Sport Band and than pretty much every other band available - just have to look if I can get my hand on one of those new Nike Sport Loops in Black with the reflective surface. :)

That being said, I think that the loops are Apple's best band options - Sport Loop for casual wearing and Milanese for dressing up.

I run outside in the rain and even do some trail running. So I get them pretty sweaty and dirty and NO problem at all. Soap and water. I will often rub it with the Loofah soaped if extra dirty.

No, I didn't rest it on coffee or anything. Just the area were my wrist rests on tables and stuff is noticeably darker than the rest of the band. It annoys me a bit because color wise, it isn't uniformed with the rest of the band. I'm going to try and scrub it with some warm water and baking soda to see if that cleans it up a bit more. If not, you Shout or Oxi idea is a darn good one and might try that next.
