Hi everyone,
My wife's trying to erase her iPhone XS running 14. She's logged out of iCloud and when she chooses "erase all content and settings" Settings crashes and brings her back to the home screen. She's rebooted a couple of time already.
She'll be doing it the Mac way next, but was just wondering if anyone has seen this.
