Does disabling things like dock reflection make iOS run faster?

The reason I ask is because I have a jailbroken iPad 1st gen on iOS 5, and I swear since disabling dock reflections all the animations seem smoother.

(Sorry, I know it's a bit off topic) :)

May be accurate on your older iDevice, but probably not applicable today.

Under Icons, I can't get badge background color to work properly. If I enable it and change the colors sliders, it reverts to black after a respring.

I'm having the same issue. Have you been able to find a fix for this?

When disabling the Media Controls in the CC, it should be set to hide only if music isn't playing.. One thing I miss from Cloaky.

So I finally decided to try Springtomize after finding myself using a few small tweaks to customize. I removed Bigify and used Springtomize to increase my icon size; 1st of all, I hate that Springtomize also affect the text, I just wanted the icon slightly bigger not the label. Also, the badge icons are not on the app and they overlap the text on the app above them.
I'm thinking about adding back Bigify which I hate to do since I thought Springtomize could do the job (one of the reason I bought it). So far not very impress since I also will have to add back FolderIcons to get rid of the folder foreground. Why have a tab for folder without that option?

Nice update available today. Adds some fun animations for locking and also swiping between pages.

I believe the latest update (today) includes settings for icon fonts

After updating Springtomize 3, the time/date on my lockscreen have disappeared.
I have looked through every setting, but cannot see anything that would cause them to be hidden.
When I disable Springtomize, the time/date returns.

Is this a bug, or am I missing something obvious?

@FilippoBiga Just submitted a small update fixing the lockscreen time issue and updating the settings panel. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks. I like to think I had something to do with it since right after I posted this, I decided to send the Dev a long e-mail.:p I also sent him screenshots. Like I told him, I don't see why wanting my icons to be 20% bigger have to affect the labels and make them so prominent and ugly!;) Also told him increasing the icon size and increasing text are 2 different things and should be separated. Anyway, I'm just happy he added the label size as a separate entity.

I turned the nested folders on and now when I create a nested folder the whole folder disappears? Any suggestions?

A little bit. Not too much. Animations, shadows, docks, reflection, etc.
