HideMe8 seems more stable to me, but it doesn't have the same options as Springtomize. Some overlap, but definitely not all.

I've switched to hideme8. I was getting a few glitches yesterday and only had springtomize, ccsettings and iconomatic installed. I restored to a fresh and installed the last 2 again and now hideme8 and haven't had any issue yet

agreed. using both (and am careful not to do the same things in both apps)...

I'm thinking of going back to separate tweaks, and getting rid of Springtomize. I really only use it for animation (transition, and lockscreen), hiding media/lines for CC, and then to hide the "today" section of the NC. So definitely don't need it. I feel like my device was more stable before adding it, so I'll test it out for a couple days and see if I notice a difference. I'll be losing my favorite lockscreen animation, but I guess I'll be alright. Anyone know of an alternative for the TV lock?

TV Tube Sleep not sure if its updated for iOS 8

Update, NoSlowAnimations seems to have more consistent framerates in animation than Springtomize3 did. I thought something was a little off when I made that switch earlier.

Does springtomize install Activator as a part of its use? Activator is what caused reachability issues for me. Anytime I download a tweak that uses it I have this problem.

I think TouchID Secure installs Activator cause it magically appeared after installing that. Wonder why that is?

Springtomize is just to buggy. My phone app wouldn't end calls plus some other bugs. Uninstalled and it went back to normal. Using Hideme8 now for all the same tweaks I had with Springtomize.

I'm 1.5 days in now and no issues after removing springtomize and using hideme8 instead. Battery life seems to be more on par with original jailbreak battery life too.

Side note, I used to use springtomize to hide two apps. Apps would be hidden from the homescreen, but would still show up in spotlight (actually it was sort of useful for me because then I could still use them). Since now I mainly use hideme8, hideme8 hides the apps both on homescreen, and in spotlight. So that's more secure.

I liked reducing icon size and changing the icon grid with springtomize. Hideme8 can't do that. Also hiding the battery icon in springtomize, it doesn't show when in apps, with hideme8 it often does.

Not the end of the world and I'd rather have my jail broken phone more stable without those couple of features if that's what it means

I had restore, so I'm thinking of trying HideMe. What can't it do at the moment that Springtomize can?

I use it to hide the dock background, page dots, hide icon labels on dock, custom carrier text, custom slide lock text, hide apps, disable spotlight and show contact photos in messages, so I didn't need ConvoPics anymore. You should try it out until Springtomize is more stable. There is much more, but these are what I use it for on my 6

Edit: Oops, read the question wrong and put what it CAN do..Sorry. I still want Springtomize when all the bugs get worked out.

Alright, bought it. Any idea if there's a way to hide the update badge if there's plans? I hate that thing lol

In HideMe8: Configuration --> Springboard --> Recently Updated Dot (Toggle that on).

I know you've got a newborn and all, but you really have to look through the settings first before you ask these simple questions ;)

I'm fairly certain he isn't talking about the blue dot on recently updated apps, he wants to remove the 1 from software update menu item in settings. The actual 1 on the settings icon can be cleared with CCSettings.

The icleaner beta doesn't work to clear the settings menu, i just tried it.

Ohhh right. My fault. That thing does get annoying, I had it for a little while too for a carrier update. I hit update every time but it would never go away :(

Yep I meant the software update. I haven't used CCSettings in a while, I think I had heavy battery drain from it.
But I did try iCleaner and got the same results as you. Wonder if there's another way or plans to fix it.

Yes, I was just getting way too many SB crashes with Springtomize installed. Way too buggy. Save you money. How can I get a refund? Seems like a total ripoff we pay for something that doesn't work properly.

springtomize for ios 8.

I haven't had a single crash since this was updated for iOS 8. It may be conflicting with some other tweaks you have installed. I'm on an iPhone 6 on 8.1.

I have 7 icons on my dock and the latest update move the 7th icon on top of the 1st. I have an iPad 4 on IOS 8.1. I reverted back to the update before this last one and problem solved.

Using Sprintomize iOS8 on my newly jailbroken 6.

I find that it causes my phone to black out. Does this happen to anyone else?
Sometimes when notifications come in on my lockscreen, when I unlock my phone the screen just blacks out, forcing me to reboot.
