Is anyone else having trouble redeeming the Annie Lennox? I can't download it, and I tried 3 different cards.. it keeps saying it is not available... all the others downloaded with no prob...

I got mine back when the card first came out, and it worked then, not sure on now though,seems weird, email itunes?
i had an extra and gave it away earlier today not sure if they tried it yet to see if it worked?

Try iTunes Customer Support

I had a problem with a Herbie Hancock download a couple of weeks ago. My system locked up midway through the download and I didn't receive the song. After that the code was invalid. I emailed iTunes, expecting them to say "tough beans, buddy!" but a couple of days later, viola! The song showed up with a note apologizing for the difficulties.

Very nice, those iTunes Support folks!

It can't hurt to try!

Someone else mentioned something about the positive response to this promotion. How both Apple and Starbucks were so pleased that they are thinking of making it something more regular. I think that could be a lot of fun.
