LOL. But in 1994, wasn't Apple bankrupt and about to call it quits?

umm no Steve wasn't with Apple then he was at NeXT. He came back to Apple when Apple bought NeXT in '96. They bought it because they wanted their operating system, but i'll be honest by '97 time when he officially came back, Apple was 90 days from bankruptcy the iMac & iPod saved them, I'm sure Microsoft helped, but them shares where sold away in 2001:D

Apple was never bankrupt.

The MS investment was a gesture that shows MS is not going to kill Apple. Not because Apple is out of money.

MS invested in Apple because it was the only real OS vendor preventing Microsoft from having a monopoly on the desktop-os market. Given that Apple was nearly dead, it shows how little competition they were for MS. Had Apple gone under, MS would have had a lot of trouble with the govt.

Don't think he made them all up though. I posted the one about the bank loan on here a few weeks ago. Found it on thechive.com

Either way...funny stuff!

It's not often I laugh at a newbie post, but I did smile or at least mildly chuckle at those. :)
