Yeah, it's really hard to select the "best" case. Sometimes it comes down to the user's personal preference. But I bet there are good cases around but don't think there's one that's ahead of the pack.

There should be a new forum rule. If you start a thread with a legitimate question and members offer genuine options in good faith you must return and reply. If not you feel the pain of not being able to start another thread.

I've ordered an Incipio DermaSHOT from Amazon and it should arrive by the weekend. Once I have that, I'm going to keep the case that I like the best. I'm hoping that the DermaSHOT will be the winner, as it only cost $20 versus the Belkin's $50 pricetag!

Here are detailed pics of the DermaSHOT. I ordered the black one.

I'm sorry to say that I bought the Dermashot from Radio Shack and had to return it because the case itself would cause my sleep/power button to be held down so the iPad kept prompting to be turned off. There's a rubber nub on the inside of the case over the power button which I'm assuming they added to make it easier to press the button but it makes the button to sensitive. Maybe mine was defective but I tried to make sure the case was aligned right. Anyway, I would have much preferred if they left all buttons exposed.
