Okay Im just gonna tell you my moms situation.. She upgraded her phone after her 2 years was up, a week later it said she could upgrade again.. she waited and waited, to see if it would change.. after a month and a half.. she tried the upgrade.. it worked.. then two weeks later.. it happened again. It said she could upgrade.. She ended up upgrading from a Lg something to a Nokia then to a Lg Shine, then to another Nokia, then to a LG smartphone, which she hated, then to a LG Vu. now, I know this is not an iPhone, but the fact is, she upgraded 5 times in less than 3 months. It does not say she can upgrade again, but at&t never made her pay for the phones and they never extended her contract longer than 2 years. She was not upgrading to sell them (she actually still has all of them other than the one my sister is using) but she just couldn't find the one she liked. the second time she upgraded it was an accident.. she thought it was gonna just swap her out.. then she figured it out.. Now she just has backups like crazy..
Do not criticize me for it, don't tell me smart remarks about how she should send them back.. Im not her, and I don't control what she does.. but really and truly.. At&t screws millions daily with mystery charges.. so I am sure they are not hurting..
