Thank you for making this thread, as I had the same issue for years and would had to spam 'cancel' to access my personal music library.
Like you had attempted, I had signed in, only for the window to prompt me again a day later. Previous Apple support forum posts were useless as the community support people continually misinterpreted the question.
It's hilarious to see people fail to answer your question, then tell you why your question is stupid while delivering moral high horse lectures about complaining. Lol- all they had to do was not answer a question they didn't know the answer to but observably that was too difficult and they had to display their internet superiority somehow someway.
I have implemented your solution and so far so good!
