Stuttering in the App Store?

I had it on iOS 15.3.1 on my iPhone 13 Pro Max but updates to 15.4 beta 2 and it’s completely gone. iOS 15.4 should have been 15 from launch.

I’m not see any stuttering on my Xs max; 15.3.1.

Been testing the App Store and yeah, I see stuttering now. Only seems to happen on certain apps. For example, Twitter, Coinbase scroll fine but Voyager, YT stutters ?‍♂️
Seems to be the apps with really long descriptions are the ones that stutters.

Coinbase less than Twitter for me. TikTok and YouTube looks like you are trying to read them during an earthquake.
