I need to load up those transparent icons. Where are they located again? I saw it somewhere but I thought it wasn't in Installer?

I'm on 1.1.3 and tireing of waiting for Customize to work.

I'd like to try transparent icons. I'd like to keep my icons the same - just transparent. Anyone know of a zip file for this and perhaps where I would dump said files?
 
hi, everyone.

I took PlainJainDim theme, a custom Wallpaper, and made a new dock to work with the 4 icons. so that if/when I change the Wallpaper to anything else, the Dock will still look good.
disabled the icon text everywhere.

That is excellent.

Am new to all this Jailbreaking and stuff. Basically while in the US I bought a unlocked iPhone off someone so I could use it back in the UK (wasn't released in the UK at the time). It is 1.1.1 and I have no 3rd party apps at all but I do have a installer app.

How do I get it to look like yours ?

I took icons from a theme called Black or something, and took the dock from another them and just changed it. I have the theme at work, so maybe i can get it for ya next week.

Only problem is it wont work with 1.1.3 because you cant have a 5 icon dock :(
 
Right I have Summerboard installed now and working fine.

Do I need to install Customise and iSwitchAE or do they not offer much more ?

I would like to change the order of my icons and maybe group some together.

I have both SummerBoard and Customize. I use Customize to change the appearance of different graphics like the battery icon or the speaker picture that comes up when you use the side volume buttons. I used to use it to change the order of icons and the number of icons in the dock - but that was before I upgraded to 1.1.3. You can also change different sounds and the calculator and weather application graphics using Customize. SummerBoard only changes the SpringBoard wallpaper, icons, and dock plus lets you hide the text displayed under the icons.
 
I'm a newbie to the iphone, so this might be a stupid question.

How do you make those custom icons and backgrounds??? How do you install 3rd party apps like games, and gameboy, and stuff like that? Do you have to jailbreak the phone? I want to customize mine like crazy, but I don't want to void the warranty or do anything crazy like that.

Sorry for all the questions, but I modify everything, and I don't know how to mod my iphone yet. Thanks guys.

yer dude u need to jailbreak it you wont really void the warranty as u can always restore it.

once jailbroken u can make ur own themes and SSH them onto ur phone :D
