I paid a lot of money for this samsung, now I can't tell if its not responding to my commands because the system is unresponsive (half the time i think this is the reason) or because the touch sensors are not sensitive enough to recognize my command! further, half the time i try to switch tabs in a browser it closes the (system says i hit the x button on the tab). Poor touch accuracy! Beyond annoying...WTF gives..? I've got $700 into device and case!!!!

If resetting doesnt help, the unit is faulty and need to be replaced. Check manual how to reset it.

Out of curiosity, did you put a screen protector on? I have a Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 and the screen is ultra responsive, no issues. :)

No protector...much of the time it may be laggy

But it looks seems like I have to touch too firmly and it's innacurate in precision of where I touch..?

Please tell us an android tablet thats better then the new amoled Samsung's.

Typing this on a tab s 8.4 with no issues

A tablet running stock Android, such as the Nexus 7. To be completely honest, Android isn't that great on a tablet.

Now if the Note 3 were a tablet then you might have a point.

I owned a Nexus 7 and a Tab Pro 8.4 and I just feel like Android tablet apps aren't that great, and the Magazine UX had quite a bit of random stutters even though it was a quad core processor. I personally am just not a huge tablet fan anymore.

I have one and it's absolutely fine. Just make sure your Palm isn't voiding your inputs.

If it's not that, send it back.

Thems the risks when you buy Samsung.

You misspelled "That's."

That is your opinion sir. I've had a Nexus 7 for nearly two years, and it's been great.

Good to know...

Anything to watch out?

I've been considering getting the Tab S.

The only thing I would watch out for is a quick price reduction. The Galaxy Tab Pros saw a quick price reduction that became permanent. The only other thing to consider is the 16GB storage. I purchased a Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 that has 16GB and it goes by quick especially when all the Samsung apps begin to update like their office apps.

A MicroSD card does help but you can't copy an app 100% to the SD card and some apps are forced to stay in the device internal storage.

I have an iPad 4, 2013 Nexus 7 and 7" Fire HDX. I rate the iPad the overall best user experience and then the Fire HDX buts thats because of the Prime music and video. The Nexus is pretty decent as well but with that said the iPad is still the best overall!! My opinion only.....
