Looks at how it compares to a new phone that's bring touted as the best.

^^ Comparing the S5 to my Note 3, IMO what this video shows as "lag" or delays is simply the animations within the OS for the Phone. I've turned off all three animations and those very slight delays are gone completely.

Thus I think it really depends on what type of experience users are looking for. I like rapid fire response vs the slower more animated launches.

Yeah, I have all animations off. I do get the gallery lag sometimes, once gallery is in memory, he lag is gone, a bit like how ios keeps things at the ready I guess?

I use QuickPic and find it loads a lot faster.

If it was an issue, I'd try something but it doesn't bother me. I'm going to get another phone soonish. Either note 3 or Z3 Compact.

Has quick pic sorted the not being able to delete issue?

I am looking to switch from the Note 3 to the iPhone 6s. I just needed something that had flagship specs and decent size that would fit in my pocket. I was debating over the Nexus 5x which was recently announced and had stock Android, but the memory size available was only 32GB max which was too small for my needs, so I decided to made the jump over to iOS with the 6s.
