Syncing Genius Data & safari private browing...

Bumps. Posts that bring a thread to the top of the New Posts list but add no content to the thread (bumps) are not permitted. This applies not only to posts that say "bump" but to those with the intent to bump, e.g. posts saying "anyone?" or the equivalent.

Wha would you have him do? Start a new thread each time, or let the post dissolve into oblivion with no answer even though this is a common thing? Chill out.

i'm getting this also. seems to always sync 91 genius songs and always the same songs. the sync completes ok (no hangs etc) but i wonder what exactly is being sync'd and why the same quantity/songs each time?!

does not matter if genius is on or off on the left sidebar, i still get the syncs

Try this

This worked for me (under Win8 on iTunes 11.1)

* Sign out of all accounts in iTunes; this deletes Genius data
* Sign back in and for each go to Account > Settings > Recommendations
* Make sure that recommendations & genius is off
* Sync iPhone - no more genius data transfer.

Thanks for this. My problem is that I use iTunes Match, which apparently requires that Genius be turned on.

Anyone else seeing a change with this in iTunes 11 for Mac OS?
