There have been ample reports: https://github.com/w0lfschild/DarkBoot/issues. That program makes changes to the boot loader configuration. Did you install this every time after re-installing OS X? I would have expected that files of that kind are overwritten by a complete system install.

Yes i installed it on every re-install of OS X except when i updated to 10.11.4 i didn't install it, so now i have the white boot screen instead of the dark one the mod gives me and the SIP bug is gone, I'm assuming the mod is whats causing the bug,.
