Carrier T-Mobile 2018 New iPhone Pre-Order Thread

So... picking up for UPS was an ordeal. Long story short... my girlfriend and I are practically married... but we are not legally married. Anyway... T-Mo account is in her name. When we redirected in UPS MyChoice, we EXPLICITLY put my name for pickup. Well... I get there... and they say no. They can't see that. Only her name... and she was at work. They did say if I could produce proof that we live together, I could get it. I went home, printed out a mortgage statement... and now my iPhone is restoring from iCloud. As for everyone saying "goodbye until next upgrade"... not me... I'll be hanging around the forums for a while. Apple still has a Mac/iPad even coming up!

I had to go and buy another iPhone, I was incredibly lucky to find a T-Mobile with a 256 Max that wasn't gold. I ordered a 256 Silver that I now have to return, I was able to get a Space Grey and it is beautiful! I am really happy with the color and the phone so far. A big **** you to T-Mobile for almost forcing me to go without a phone for six days because they told me that I would receive it on release day, and instead I will be getting that phone six days later. Now I will need to talk to those idiots to get the other phone returned and my money back, maybe I can get them to also give me some credit for this **** up.
 
What gives? Anyone else have this same issue - I am still seeing this message @ T-Mobile: "Estimated to ship 09/21/2018 - 10/02/2018"

Let's remember we can't test trust what T-mobile associates say. Each one has a different answer.

I ordered an Xs Max 512GB at about 3:20am (east coast).
