Okay I am new to this! My preorder says ships by 9/21-9/21. It says the order is still processing on My T-Mobile. On the EIP form it shows a IMEI number. But no shipping information. I see where some of you talked to T-Mobile through social media so I asked them and they say there is no shipping information on file. So I’m confused on if I’m going to get the phone on Friday or not.

Yeah it will still show the origin scan. My watch has shipped and i did hold for pickup and it shows the same thing yours shows but also has the origin scan of this morning.
Mine shows as coming from IN and I received an origin scan. The scan shows that it was in Kentucky though.
Yea becuz word was that all iPhone pre-orders got free 2 days shipping at checkout, yet when I got there it only said ground shipping and that was still $6.99 and then $14.99- $24.99 for anything faster, then when I called to ask about, they say I would have to cancel my order and pay for faster and that i would lose my spot and probably still not be guaranteed for launch delivery even if I did. So I just said eff it. So hopefully I still get it by tomorrow smh

I still have no tracking for my phone or the watch on UPS. So i guess it's pretty safe to assume that I won't be getting it tomorrow. I've been charged for both.
Actually, I take that back. Checking my credit card online it shows that all three phones that I ordered have been charged.
However, only 2 of the 3 show up on MyChoice as having tracking info. The inconsistency of all of this is maddening.
Same here...Called T-Mobile yesterday morning and one rep told me that these phones are not getting shipped till 28th? I questioned her and asked if she's sure because her response doesn't coincide with what other reps are saying. Especially since I pre-ordered pretty early. I didn't want to lash out or anything so I just said thanks for you help and ended the call.
A few minutes later a lady from T-Mobile called and said that she thinks the call was handled incorrectly. She gave me a tracking number & also stated that what we see on the website/app isn't up-to-the-minute updated. The tracking number has a delivery date for tomorrow (9/21) to NY just like yours but hasn't moved since yesterday morning.

No reason for you not to get it tomorrow with ground. I bet they do ground for people they know ground will reach next day...
Thanks for the update! lets hope it happens soon. Last year I got origin scan at around 11AM. For the 7, I got origin scan as late as 1:00AM same day it got delivered, so lets see.
