My card has been charged but my order at tmobile still shows backordered. Does it mean it was shipped but the site is not updated?
 
Hey guys, I've been lurking on this thread since I've been trying to preorder a 16GB 6 Space Gray early in the morning on the 12th. I ended up calling as soon as someone figured out they were taking orders, around 4:30am. Just spamming the order status page until it came back up (since it was down ~20 mins ago) and here it is! Nothing comes up for my tracking number @ UPS yet.

Finally decided to look at my CC account. Not even a $1 hold on there (though if there had been one previously I haven't checked). No sign of T-Mobile there.

Gonna try not to be concerned about this as a 6+ non-JUMP upgrade ;)
 
Anyway I've seen Non-Jumpers with these models also get charges today and they ordered after me. Leads me to believe it is geographical and my zone just isn't off a pallet yet.

Who knows.

My coworker and I ordered the same day (Friday 9/12) - he was able to get his order in at 6am PST (not JUMP). I'm a JUMP customer and couldn't get my order in until 6pm PST.

He has been charged, I haven't. They aren't sorting by geography :/

Haven't got anything yet on shipping but have been watching this forum for days now. We ordered two six pluses and are waiting vigorously. We called tmobile about a hundred times and they all have different answers. Any info would help, but it seems we are all in the same boat....:(

Was charged today around 4pm CST, oddly enough for $80.67 when my order total was $79.19 :confused:
 
When we went to order ours on the 14th, we didn't get the option to have next day shipping, they only had the 6.99$ shipping and when we called to ask about why it happened to us we got the answer that oh we don't know what happened it shouldn't have happened, but that doesn't fix my problem. Sooooooo, now we sit here and wait... WAHHHHHH.
 
Question: Is there anywhere on your order status that indicates the method of payment used for the down payment on an EIP?
