The design as a whole is just too busy. Personally I'm not keen on images on the back of shirts, but this is my own opinion. I think you should get rid of the logo on the back of the shirt, and make the one on the side smaller, move it round to the back a bit more, and maybe put in on the other side. However I like the the position of the front logo, but maybe use the logo with the 'point/logo' instead.

Try giving a call to the nice people at Fifth Column in Kentish town (london) - you'll find them with a quick Google. If you know anyone who could go down there on a Saturday they can sometimes be generous for cash *cough*Vat*.
