If you have an iPhone, you own a terrible app. Weather anyone? Compass is great in Maps but the app itself is pretty pointless.
As far as purchased apps - Urban Tycoon will always be near the top of the list for me. I've got too many to count but most of them were free. I try to do all my homework before purchasing although sometimes stinkers sneak through to my CC.
