i believe he's a CEO... those upper-management types are always bitching about anything being different.
if it's not exactly the same, and they can't work their way through the steps using the little post-it cheat sheet they carry around in their wallet, then it must be BAD.
trying to get management to intelligently deal with technology is a fool's errand.
