Awesome, can you check if it works w the Messages app? It currently does not work in Messages on 7.04.
It works in Messages. Just swipe to the right anywhere on the screen within a chat to return to the convo list.
The following popular tweaks are not listed anywhere, are these not available?
I thought the messages app does this on iOS 7. I have always been able to swipe and get back to the convo list.

Nope. None of the other ones on my devices.

Basically you're right. Default iOS7 lets you get back when sliding in from the left screen edge while SwipeNav brings you back with a swipe to the right anywhere on the screen. Just a little difference but handy if you want to assign another action with Activator to 'slide in from screen left'.
Why did you tell me SwipeNav works in Messages?? I just updated and did the new Jailbreak and it doesn't work!! Wtf

What kind of phone??? What exact software? What are your settings in it the tweak? What could be conflicting or causing it not to work? I'm beyond annoyed right now.
iP4S on 7.1.2!!! Settings as it comes with first install (no apps excluded, never touched the advanced section). Did you restore from backup after going to 7.1.2? If so, you may have its settings from former usage which doesn't give SwipeNav a virgin installation.
Yeah I did restore from backup. How else am I supposed to get all of my contacts?? Are you saying Jailbreak before restoring from backup?
Isn't this a stock feature? I swipe backwards all the time without using a tweak.

I always restore as new to avoid any issues like this. I use iCloud to sync all that kind of stuff ie contacts, reminders, safari, etc. I do not restore from backup using iCloud or iTunes.
Restoring from backup also copies the former tweak settings stored in var/mobile/library/preferences. In order to get a fresh install of SwipeNav (or any other tweak saving its settings in a plist) manually delete its plist prior installation of the tweak in Cydia.
How do I do that?
I just restored as new, 7.1.2 and Jailbroke before restoring from backup. Downloaded SwipeNav, still not working in Messages. Wtf??
Please do not disappear again after answering this, I need help. You got me all excited for SwipeNav working and sent me on a wild goose chase and now I'm really frustrated because I just spent an hour restoring and re-jailbreaking my phone and it doesn't work.
