Looks great, Can you tell me how wide your band and the spring adapter is? is it 22mm or 24mm? There doesnt seem to be any play the sides of the band when attached to the spring adapter. That's what I am looking for! A perfect fit. I don't want to put a 22mm in there and have it loose on the adapter, that would drive me nuts. I have a 24mm leather band now I can use. The one from freedomclock on ebay states that it fits 24mm.

The band (posted link for it somewhere above) is sold as 24mm. I didn't actually measure it but assume it's correct. I'm using the spring pin adapter from freedomoclock on it now in the photo. Also using the spring pins that came with it. He seems to send 3 with each adapter. I'll come back and post a few more close up photos taken more in daylight. I'm very happy with the fit of the adapter; it doesn't shift in the watch. I received my second batch from him jus the other day. I will point out that the "sides" on this style adapter are SS plated. I wish the whole thing was (probably charge more too) but you only really notice when you are eye level on with the watch band. Haven't heard of anyone one else's adapters in this style being fully plated--suspect most are from same mfgr overseas. The adapter lugs for the classic style version are more plated overall where visible although I'm not sure the tubes are (will have to take closer look). I'll try to post photos later under the freedomoclock thread of closeups of both version adapters.

I've seen that band and seller mentioned before along with a photo I think. Probably in this thread or the other forum section of Watch photos.

Yes, I'm really happy with all the bands I got from them. The leather is very soft. The nylon ones are a little rough on the skin at first, but they are durable, and I love the way they look. I bought them directly from his site and he shipped them out fast: http://www.clockworksynergy.com/shop/product-category/straps-for-apple-watch/

I shortened the nylon ones cause they were a little long for my small wrists...

Hoco band. It's really beautiful with the apple watch, but the connector is pretty loose feeling and wobbly in the socket. I don't feel like it's gonna fall out, but I do worry about an ill fitting steel rod deforming the watch case with lots of wear and stress on the area.

I'll still use it mostly though. The fit is excellent on my wrist, and the look is non-stop.

Hmm. I see what you mean. At first I was thinking it was because it was a metal connector which clearly can't be squeezed like leather to fit the spring pin on if you need more room for the tool to fit in between the band and lug. So I took out my Hadley-Roma metal link bracelet and my band is much closer to the lugs than yours (band is on a Utica guy adapter). My band is a 24mm. I believe I found the model Hoco band you have on ebay -- on there it came mounted on the adapter and assume yours did too. At first I thought maybe your band was a 22mm not a 24mm. Did you measure your band width and the lug width? BTW is your band a brushed stainless? It looks matte in your photo.

What is everyone's recommendation for stainless adaptors (in terms of quality/price)? Quite a few choices on Amazon/eBay.

So, i was actually referring to the adapter fit into the apple watch socket. It's also true that the lug width is a bit too wide for the band, but that's less of a bother to me because of the comparative value of the apple watch vs this $30 band. Both do contribute to a wobbly fit, though it honestly feels great on the wrist.

Based on the adapters, his watch is the 38mm, so the band would be 20mm. If I'm wrong, he's got some adapters I have not seen before that look exactly like the ones for the 38mm watch.

Freedomoclock09 on eBay (a.k.a. "Utica guy" as they've come to be known on the forums, but it sounds like it is a woman named Lily from messages exchanged with them.)

Many people on here have ordered them, I have a set myself that I just started using this week and I just ordered two more.

Just got another one of these bands from BandRBands and it really makes the watch pop!
The velcro closure adjusts for a perfect fit, and this nylon material is perfect for summer.

That orange band is vibrant without being electric if you know what I mean. I do like the way they designed the band to fit underneath the adapter without covering up the backside of the watch sensors.

Interested for more of your impressions of the Lorica "leather". I saw it on Globalwatchband's site but didn't order. Being "vegan" it's not animal skin so was intrigued what it was like close up. Since you can't always depend on computer screens for color, how would you describe the red color of it (ie. flag red, orange red, etc). I bought a red silicon band but the color red is darker than I'd like (more like a Red Vine candy red) so still in the market.

It looks good with your watch case.

I responded to your request for high quality red leather strap with what I have. No biggie that you didn't respond, but then I am a bit surprised this Lorica strap has you unbelievably happy.

Certainly not a fan of how the end are put together compared to the thick leather strap I posted.

3rd Party Magnetic Milanese Loop

Don't even bother, get the Real Deal from Apple

I'll let the pics speak for themselves.

The last image is damning for the Cheap Milanese Loop. If you are not careful the loop will slip through and you will drop your watch. I did, luckily I dropped mine over carpet.

Thanks for taking the time to do those comparison photos. Great closeups. Man that adapter looks like a horrible fit. I have stayed clear of all of the magnetic bands, even Apples, out of fear of the magnets not being strong enough to hold them on during all kinds of situations. Regardless of who you buy them from make sure you get a good fit with a strong magnetic connection.

I received these bands today from Strapco (on ebay). All came with spring pins and nice quality stainless steel buckles.

Absolutely love the Dassari Slate Gray leather band. Very soft almost suede feel to it. Wanted a toned down subtle greenish/gray band and this is perfect. Very unique color and nice leather. Lightly padded. I like the denim bands but think I was sent a wrong color on one of them. Ordered a light blue and medium blue and would describe these as dark blue and medium blue when trying to compare to the site. Sent an message. The material on the demin bands is very nicely done. I'll take them out of the packaging and post a close up of the front and back tomorrow. Comes in other colors too and saw a blue denim with red stitching listed. Who doesn't need a blue jeans band right? Prompt shipping and happy with buying from them.

If I get an adapter on the Dassari band tonight, I'll come back here and update with a photo tomorrow.

Glad I could help. I wasn't too sure at first how the black/silver strap would turn out, but now it has become my go to band.

"Surgery" :) that made me laugh. Do a cut test at the end of the strap first, then cut it to your preferred length once you are comfortable. I wouldn't try to make a round cut, I don't think it will come out very well. I cut it straight and then cut it at a 45 angle from the sides. It doesn't look perfect up close, but you can't tell from normal viewing distance.

Mine arrived today. Liking it a lot. I'm not even sure I'll need to conduct any band "surgery" since I just tucked the extra tongue back into the two rings. Doesn't snag on anything, looks sleek and is inspired by my sport band.

The magnet on the Apple Milanese Loop is actually quite strong. I've tried my best and others have tried to pull my AW off my wrist.
