So the build number for 10.3.2 B2 is 14F5075a, there's a chance that the final release will be next week.
After my photos resynced, my phone is running really well on this beta and haven't run into any major issues.

Correct, so the final build could potentially be 14F75. Now that apple has once again rewritten beta build number rules.

How does that '5' and 'a' potentially imply a final release next week? I thought those simply were something that were part of beta builds, just like before basically?

And look what they did with 10.3. They dropped the 5 and a and it became final release. Its more of the a that is the telling, because they haven't revised the build.

Right, they certainly could do what they did with 10.3, but that's kind of neither here nor there since they could do it differently like they've done with other releases. The '5' is basically there with any beta build it seems, and while the 'a' indicates that they didn't have to make further spins to "get it right" it's hard to say that it really means much one way or another either as it could simply be that the first spin of the build was good enough for them to put out to developers/public beta testers.

Yes and my point was, as I stated above, Apple has rewritten the rules for beta builds. That is why this could be a final release.

I guess in the sense that pretty much any beta could be a final release.

Well, no, not really. If a build is 14F5823d. There is no way they are going to release a 4th revised build to the public. It would probably change to 14F826 (to account for the 3 changes).

Possibly. At the same time it's a bit interesting that they would increment the letter for bug fixes and not the build number. A bit hard to say what they might/could do, especially with how they've been doing things with iOS 10, where various patterns have been broken in one sense or another and some new things have happened.

There's a pretty good post earlier in this thread where one of the members wrote up a good description of the versioning process that Apple seems to be on for iOS 10.

That's more or less what we've been going off of it seems.

What are expected dates for public release of 10.3.2?
There are usually no expected dates for things like that really (as has been covered before). There are guesses as to when it might happen, but that's about it--basically speculation (which is what this thread is about). In case of iOS 10.3.2, given that it's what would be considered a smaller bug fix release, it's likely that we are looking at a matter of weeks at this point.

Can it happen in the coming week?
