Hazy as crap outside, a little overexposed in the middle, but enjoy. :D

NICE picture! You could have not even complained about the overexposure, and I'll bet no one here would have noticed.

Next time, though, I'd appreciate it if you'd ask permission before you take pictures of my house and plaster them all over the Internet. ;)

Jesus, uhm, what kind of camera did you take it with? Or did you use a telescope? Thats amazing.

It's a Canon EF 100-400L IS USM lens taken with a 20D.

I'm plowing through all my things in the house I haven't touched in 6 months and trying to figure out what to sell (need that 30-inch ACD).

Taking this picture eliminated the lens from the "to sell pile."

Very nice photo iGary. What was the exposure on that (F stop and shutter speed)? Did you use a tripod?

fantastic photo!

i've tried to take moon photos before but never managed those sorts of results... living in inner london surrounded by too much pollution and ambient light doesnt help!

Nice pic - but you should use the Adjustments->Highlight/Shadow option in photoshop and get rid of the exposure issues :D

I *adjusted* it

Looks like you missed a bit on the left. Don't feel bad though I do that all the time, lots of holiday snaps with heads missing etc. ;)
