So I've been poking around Sense 6.0 and my first impressions are that it's a very nice update. Sense 5-5.5 were the only skins I actually liked and Sense 6 is even better. I realize design is really subjective but like the subtle changes HTC implemented--font has changed, seems more crisp to me and everything else seems a bit brighter. Could be my imagination as I no longer have Sense 5.5 to compare to. 
Blinkfeed seems more robust, especially content-wise. Also love the fact that they finally added a 'close all' button to the recent apps/mulit-tasking tray.
Can't recall if it was previously an option but you can now have certain notifications displayed on the lock screen (phone, voice mail, SMS, email, calendar). Of course, you can use another lock screen widget of choice.
I'll dig deeper into some of the other specified changes later but so far, seems like a worthwhile upgrade.
