Okay, am I the only one that thinks being a slut isn't necessarily a bad thing? What exactly is so wrong with it? As long as it was done responsibly, I couldn't care less if someone I was dating had sex with 1 or a 1000 partners. In fact, all things being equal (you know what I mean), I'd rather be with the latter.

Damn...I just woke up my fiancée. I burst out laughing when I saw these last few posts...haven't been keeping up with the thread.

It's always amazing to me when funny cultural references are reused and people completely miss out on the whole thing.

During our annual grad student retreat, we always put on a skit night...and always in poor taste. Anyway, this past year's set had one in which the professors were called up on stage and asked to fill in the blank of certain song lyrics. One of the most memorable was "My ______ don't want none unless you've got buns, hon!" We got all sorts of great answers (many of them with the right idea), but nobody got the correct one...those darn profs were just too old. There was one wonderboy faculty member (27 years old) who was able to get a few of the lyrics and score good points for his team, but even he missed out on Sir Mix-A-Lot...for shame.

It looks like "Baby Got Back" was written by Anthony Ray.

On Disc 1 (my bad about Disc 2) there is a selection under Special Features called:

"Shrek in the Swamp Karaoke Dance Party"

In that selection, there is a portion where the Donkey (Eddie Murphy) is singing to his dragon. He says:

Yeah,
I like big butts and I cannot lie,
you other brothers can't deny,
and when a girl walks in with an itty, bitty, waist
and a round thing in your face,
you get...

At this point the dragon smacks him with her tail so that ends his portion at that time and the next singer continues.

So it looks like Sir Mix-A-Lot and the movie "Shrek" licensed the song from Anthony Ray.

It's just dreadful. In every way. Especially bold.

But yes, I believe it was designed for/by Microsoft. That's not why it's evil though.

Comic Sans is banned!
Microsoft did a horrible job creating that hideous blob font.

I actually did forbid my students to use it in my graphic desing class.
Graphic design and comic sans don't mix.
