There's an interesting story coming out of troubled Leeds United this evening.

According to Five Live, their shortarsed manager Dennis Wise has said that an unknown team member will never play for the club again after he leaked the team sheet to today's opponents Crystal Palace. Unfortunately it didn't do the trick and Leeds ran out winners.

Any guesses at who it is?

Has a player had a 'falling out' with Dennis Wise or is there a Leeds player connected to Palace?

I read that Leeds are going to release an official statement later this evening, if this is true we may learn more then about the identity of the mole. But if we're to speculate, Shaun Derry played for Palace a few years ago – and he didn't play today... pure speculation of course.

You can read Sky's Sports report on the story here.

Indeed, although I was disappointed to see Henry taunting Kirkland with the ball after the equaliser. It was totally unnecessary and well below the standards we've come to expect from him.

I'll have to catch that part on YouTube, I suppose. No video here for me, only online. Henry being my favorite player, I'd have to say that his behavior has slipped a little bit from when I first started following him.

Hang on a minute.. who's this hugging Rosicky after he celebrated with the crowd (earning him a yellow but oh well :p)? :D

:D

He has very soft hair. ;)

How about that Jaffa, £250,000 to add to the Hull transfer fund, eh. Can't beat it. I've won £1 for Carlisle, *tut* lol
I know – great isn't it? The best thing is, when our windfall was announced on Soccer AM the guest fans in the studio were from Sc*nthorpe United, and they had to smile and applaud nicely as they wacthed their arch rivals get the cash. :D

It's also good news for clubs further down the leagues, as we're likely to blow the lot on ineffectual lower-league failures. Redistributing the wealth and all that.

Also, I don't know if you're aware but club chairmen and managers have been making daft pledges that they'll fulfil if the manage to raise over a certain sum through the promotion – for example, one chairman has pledged that he will don the mascot's suit for a game if they raise X amount of cash. Our manager Phil Brown pledged to pose naked in the club magazine if we raised over £100,000, so we're now going to see how much of his body actually is covered in fake tan. :D

Anyway, to make amends for discussing a non-Premier League matter... ;)

The Queen had some visitors today – Arsenal popped down to the Palace for a cup of tea and a chinwag.

Lizzie was supposed to officially open the Emirates last year but had to cancel the engagement due to a dodgy back, so today's reception was intended to make up for that. The report doesn't mention if she's an ardent Gunners fan, but given that she lives in London I suspect she might be a Manchester United supporter.

Well I was gonna say you don't want to go the same way Brighton did with Colin Kazam-Richards, but if what you say is right, it looks like you just might...

And of course some players that we're good, just Hull made them ****... again... :p. Oh wait, he cost Hull £350,000, couldn't afford him again. Good deal we got, he helped with promotion and got £350,000 for a player we got for free. Don't mind if I do. Where is ole Bridgy now? Was talk of him going out on loan at one point... We'll take him back, on a free of course... Hehe, :D

Quality. Our chairman has said he'll shave his head if we raise more than £75,000, so far we have £457. I think his bonnet might just be safe.

<The Queen + Terry Henry>

Yeah, some of the things you have to do when your The Queen eh, rough with the smooth and all that. Can't choose all the jobs. Also, in the papers today on the same matter:

The Papers said:
The Queen was introduced to Arsenal's players on Thursday by Thierry Henry - and the monarch informed him: "You have a very international side".

Even the queen is onto the Goonars! It must have been a Pompous 'Hey Queeny, how do you say Vaa Vaa Voom?'

Indeed – it's a good job Prince Phillip wasn't there, with all of those foreigners present he'd be bound to say something offensive. :D

Where is he? Dunno. He's not getting picked, so he's kicking his heels somewhere. Personally I can't understand why Brown's not selecting him. especially as our other forwards aren't exactly pulling up trees at the moment.
