Looks like a cross between the Shuttle SB and SN XPC range... one of the more reasonable - scratch - probably the best small-form factor designers of the PC world. It may even be a Shuttle, I've not looked through their catalogue for about a year.
Believe me Mr. Veil, there are much worse than this!
Hey our school bought all the teachers new Shuttle XPC's this year and for a PC it rocks. It looks nice and takes up very little space. I have a 17" LCD and I can tuck the little XPC away. It has very accessible ports on the front of it. Our Tech Coordinator found they are pretty easy to work on and upgrade as well. I think it is a pretty decent PC. I like Macs more then PC's, but if the school is going to buy me one, I am not going to bash it.
We also are slowly converting all of our labs to Shuttle's. They save a lot of space over big towers and they are pretty decent to work on.
This is what they got us and he installed CDRW/DVD/R drives and card readers in the front slots. Pretty much let us select the drive options we wanted. Mine has a 2.8Ghz P4 with 1GB of RAM. Not bad considering they used to have old Gateway towers with 900Mhz Celerons in them.
