the superdrive on the macbook

Actually I dont think a girl (even if she`s Well built or an Elephant) would look good with a big Laptop like MBP. Small n cute goes well with the girls. But then everyone has his/her own choice and no one can decide what girls/boys should like/dislike other than the person him/herself.

I personally dont want to imagine what gf wud look like with a 15/17 laptop in her hands. Unless ofcourse she needs the bigger screen for some serious work. I m sure if she wants a lappy, she`ll rather pay twice as much than buy somthing big which is not girly cute.

Have I been doing this wrong all along? I've been going along, quite happily buying computers that suit my needs, and it turns out I should have been picking computers because they're small and cute. I'm so glad that's been pointed out to little old me. At least now I know.



flowin - the 2GHz white model sounds like a good bet if you've got the cash. I'm sure the 1.83GHz would be fine if not, but if you can get the higher one, why not? I'd definitely install the RAM yourself though - it's pretty easy on the old iBooks, and it looks even easier on the MacBooks.

Go ahead and get the 2.0Ghz Macbook with SD, an external drive is BIG and it wastes a USB/FW port, which are not to be wasted on a Macbook. Plus, the external drive will also draw extra power from it.
