The Ultimate CS:GO Guide made by Professionals

Anyone know why I can't adjust the microphone voice receive volume in the menu, the adjustments simply seem to have no effect. I'm using a pro cfg that gives more fps, but I see no command in it relating to microphone volumes. Anyone know a command I can put in the cfg to fix it?
