Definitely will! I have a feeling it truly will go the first location FedEx, then re route back to here, but still hoping for a sorting tonight then maybe fly back to my correct location in time for delivery tomorrow??

I would think my new and old addresses would be served by the same distribution center of Memphis but I have no idea (if they are, there may not be a delay as they are assuming). I'm hoping I get the phone tomorrow whether it comes here or I have to drive to the old address. Best of luck to y'all, us address change guys are in this together! lol
PSA: Heads up to those of you receiving your iPhone X tomorrow, it will arrive with iOS 11.0.3. If you are currently running 11.1, you will need to update the new phone before restoring from a backup.

I live in Georgia and my iPhone 8 Plus did not leave Memphis until 4:37 am EST on the night of launch day and it still made it to me that day so I’m not too worried right now.. I’ll start to get worried if it hasn’t left Memphis by the time I wake up in the morning though
Almost without a doubt! Myself and at least one other person on this thread just had our X's shipped to Indy from Memphis this afternoon/evening.
Interesting. I live just outside of Indy and my phone made it to town on FedEx flight out of Memphis earlier this evening.
EWR is in both Elizabeth and Newark. FedEx if I'm not mistaken is on the Elizabeth side of the airport. Elizabeth and Newark are both the seats of County Governments, Union and Essex respectively.
And yes they're both stinking dumps. You can actually smell it from the NJ Turnpike or US 1&9.
Well I’ve lost all faith in Verizon/Fedex being able to handle something as simple as an address change. I called Verizon on Monday and got things done on their end. Confirmed with Fedex that they received the new address... then just saw that my phone has arrived in Los angles (old address was in CA). I live in FL now so I doubt there’s any chance I’ll be getting it tomorrow as promised. Unless a miracle happens and they send it back out tonight! Hoping it doesn’t get delivered otherwise some lucky person will have my new iPhone.
Join the crowd! It especially sucks that I was promised I'd still have the phone in my hand at the new address tomorrow. We shall see if they can pull it off...
Also, side note, it's all FedEx. Apparently they're not accepting the address changes early enough/properly once Verizon sends them. Verizon confirmed my new address was sent to FedEx on Monday, which if it were processed properly by FedEx, would have been plenty of time to reroute.
Let your credit card company know, too. They should be able to help. Call FedEx early tomorrow and block the delivery or change it online, if you can.

I went with Space Gray but Silver looks freakin good too... I keep going back and forth by the day.
edit: I currently have a jet black 7 Plus and absolutely love it, but I'm somewhat worried it won't be different enough.. ughhhh haha

Same here, but I'm rationalizing Silver by thinking "well if I don't like it, I can just put a case on it and you won't really be able to tell since the front is black now"
I used to live off exit 9 and drive north to visit family along the turnpike. We nicknamed one of my friends "Exit 13 Ass" because her farts stunk horribly.
That's what I was thinking too. I got tired of white bezels/non-black bezel/non-SG phones, so I got SG.
Was it 4pm exactly? My FedEx app says mine left at 3:36pm, and there was a plane that left Memphis at that exact time, so I knew that must've been it. Just go to FlightAware.com and search by city. You can see all flights that have departed/will be departing Memphis and FedEx planes look like "FDX000"
