^^^ Man, you're lucky.... [/jealous]

Thank you. I also enjoy the place I live. You don't wanna see the view from the other side of our house though. (Cows and a barn, not ours, but sure as hell annoying).:p

View from my office.
Sorry about the crap quality pics....

Most of the time I don't even notice the view as I'm too busy staring at my screen.

Since I work from home most of the time, the this is my view for work, too... ;)

I do a bit of work from the offices of the company that I do almost all my work for, too... I'll try to get some images out of their downtown loft window the next time I'm there... should give a nice view of "Fjellsiden" in Bergen... :)

Well...I feel all depressed now. I don't have a window. I'm just surrounded by computer equipment. :(

I used to have an office with bars on the window. Does that count?
I used to have an office with a bar in, inc. draught beer, and the whole of one side was glazed floor to ceiling on the third floor.......my present office has no windows at all. None.

Some days I arrive at work in the morning before sunrise and leave after dusk and never see the sun from Monday to Friday in the winter.

Today it was sunny when I came in this morning and when I climb the stairwell to the roof-top parking I could open the door to blinding sunlight and take 30secs. to get used to it or it could be pouring with rain.

Hold on,....sunny! I just checked the webcam showing our front door, and that red car is mine which reminds me I'm not parked on the roof today which just saved me a couple of flights of stairs!

Cool :D

Any big names play there?

The show was VH1 Classic live starring Elvis Costello with special guests Billy Joe Armstrong(Green Day), Death Cab for Cuttie and Fiona Apple.

Peace

Our desks aren't allowed to face the windows, it's in the "conservation of energy" bulletin that's hanging over the Color laserjet... Serious, it says something like "drafts from the windows in the winter make you colder and sunlight in the summer makes you warmer" and that is suppose to keep us from messing with the thermostat. but for some reason it's like 60ºF all the time - which I think is cold.

From my house..

Its a nice day.. so here's what I see from my secluded 'paradise' (Being a teenager.. its HELL!)

PS: Excuse the dirty window, its been raining and its dried yucky in the sun.. and its an upstairs one, so not easily accessible. :p

You talk. It's a nice place, but you have no idea how long time it takes to bike out to my friends.:p

Well, considering I work on an island (Sheffield Island, Norwalk, CT) that has a lighthouse on it, I'll post a few shots from the top of the lighthouse...

View of the New York City skyline from the top of the lighthouse, about 35-40 miles away:

View of the Northport Powerplant and smoke stacks, about 7 miles away:

Greens Ledge Light, the lighthouse that replaced the lighthouse where I work:

And the actual lighthouse where I work, Sheffied Island Lighthouse:

We don't bike.. we drive... :D lol

Wow. Y'all must get a mighty dusty car (lol:p )
Either our road is muddy or dusty. Which is why my bike gradually turned brown.

BTW robo, nice place. Have DMB ever happened to stop by and play there?:D

Doesn't that mean you're out of paper?? :D

This is a pic of my dads old office in CT overlooking a nice pond/lake. His new office in Ma overlooks a beautiful parking lot, but they are finding new office space.

Haha :D You should go Office Space on the printer.

Tomorrow, I start my summer internship in a data center build to survive an F5 tornado, so there are no windows, and thus, no views.
