Here's the view from my G4-ish area window (it was two pictures, just opened in preview and placed next to eachother...). As you can see, it's a bit snowy! We snowblow a path to the shed so we can get the tractor out.
SolidSnake, where are you located? It looks a lot like it could be the metro Boston area or near me.

Hello my fellow Cantabrigian. If that's the view from your dorm room then that could only mean that you go to MIT. You can see the Pru from the Harvard dorms on the Charles, but the angle would be different and you would need a telephoto for it to look that good. The newer BU buildings would also obstuct the view.

But, since we moved last summer I've more or less not seen or heard a garbage truck. Our house lies about 50 m (150 ft) from a dedicated garbage shed, and the collectors don't come until about 10 AM...
