5s 9.0.2 Anemone. Looks kinda weird.
Looks like an icon mask issue. I'll have a look.
Can you give me a list of the of the stock apps that aren't themed for you?

That fixed the mask issues.

All that's needed now is to fix icon file names for News, Tips and Watch apps.

The settings app icons are not themed. I think that's an Anemone issue, no?

Thanks for the quick updates.
I haven't made icons for those yet.
The settings icons need to be moved to a new folder.

Glad I waited to do an update on Cydia lol.
I'll probably be posting an update with more changes in the next couple of days.

Enzom21, it works fine on Winterboard. Couple of icon requests: icleaner and Bible from the App Store. Unbelievable this is free. I didn't read the entire thread, but is there a way to make a paypal donation for all your hard work?

Can you post the bundle id for the Bible app?
Using winterboard, are there any stock app icons that aren't themed?

Be more than happy to...if you could tell me what a bundle id is and where I would find it. I am probably looking right at it in iFile. Is it that 32 or so character number/letters?

I would recommend using Filza instead of iFile. Filza converts the 32 character name to the app name. Filza isn't free but you can use it for free with an occasional nag about buying it.
Bundle id's can be found in var/mobile/Containers/Bundle/Application/app name/app name.app/info.plist/CFBundleIdentifier
CFBundleIdentifier is the bundle id.

Edit: Never Mind iFile converts the names too.
