It appears to be a mask issue. You can rename the mask file in /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/MobileIcons.framework/AppIconMask@2x~iphone.png

Hi, just did what you said and it still shows and now unthemed icons are squares

If you would like an icon made please follow this format:​

Forgive me, it's been a while since I've jumped into the JB forray, but where do I find the default app folders so I can find the names. There are a handful of apps I'd love to see themed for this.

Download Appinfo from Cydia.
Here's an example of what a bundle ID is, it usually begins with com.xxx.xxx:

Fantastic, thank you so much!!! The next bunch I'll include more details.

Is there an alternate messages icon that resembles the iMessages speech bubble? I think an off white (like the alternate Facebook icon) with blue speech bubbles and the dots would look really sharp.
