If you're using the same backup from an older 3G/2G, it will have the same resets, settings, etc, so it is possible that you may have reset an older phone and the Last Reset carried over...

ahhh.... this is what i did. Hmm this makes it strangely inaccurate :S

One of the carriers that has the iPhone here in Portugal has a data allowance, and a tethering allowance, so it might be for those cases.

i just received a 500eur bill for 50MB because i installed a certificate from mobileconfigs. the certificate changed the APN from the iphone service to the generic internet service from vodafone.
