Well having spent some time researching I think I will stay a Nikon user. Now whilst its hard to not be able to replace my D700 and glass collection; I am going to set my sights on a target that may be attainable this year; The D5200 - Small and not feature packed or tough like the D700 or D800 but at least it will get me back in the photography world.

so for now thats my thing I want and I already have a little tin to start putting the pennies in.

<yes I know I previously put up a pretty canon 7D, but reason has prevailed and I think I would miss the nikon system, an also it would be out of my reach for years>

A girlfriend.

aww honey x

one of these is far more reliable, cuddlier and probably won't sleep with your friends and/or run up your phone/credit card/store card bill ;)

(note: these are photo's of my 'girl-friend and bff 'Dazzledots Social Star' a.k.a. Star; taken on my iPhone)

you getting that or keeping your 7000? i going to try and return mine if i have time still when the d7100 comes out.

LOL, decisions decisions eh? I'm leaning towards keeping the d7000 and just spending the extra cash I save on glass for it. No lie the d7100 is SWEETNESS but initial comparison reviews seem to indicate that the d7000 still holds its own in performance.

I want this. Just for the summer. Day to day it's overkill, but long road trips are on the horizon, and it would be so much more fun than my current car :p

I'm trying to figure out how I am going to do this, but I've been eyeballing the old B&W LM1 speakers on eBay and might try and make a 5.1 system out of them for my living room to compliment my new furniture.

Sony shelf speaker system, because I need a radio, and this can play CD-RWs (the louder the better)

Stupidly i decided to go with the S3 over the iP5. I have an upgrade soon so I will wait for the iP5s.

Was the experience that much bad? I use a Galaxy S Blaze from T-Mobile and I'm considering on switching to the new iPhone since I am tired of Android.. however the Galaxy Note 2 does look quite attractive IMO.

It wasn't that bad. I am sorta in the same boat as you, I am tired of android. I am an apple guy and just miss certain features and the simplicity of the iPhone (Things i took for granted when i had my 4s). I am a tech and i thought i wanted all the customization the S3 has to offer but really I just want a phone that is going to work. The only thing i think i will miss about the S3 is the screen size, but meh.

Recently announced V moda VAMP VERZA plus metallo case. Don't need the M-100's but certainly wouldn't mind them.
