That's nicer than Rat Island in New York I kind of want (probably the same size, too).
Not beautiful and full of trash that is dumped there by NYC Sanitation (illegally but who is watching), but it can be cleaned up and is near King's Point, City Island, and not far from Manhattan.

Such a gorgeous frame. If I were building up a track bike, I'd use either this frame only with all celeste finish, a specialized s-works langster or a Colnago track frame.

They also are the local Bianchi retailer. I am hoping that when the money comes in, I can roll over there and put in an order.
Yes, this bike will be intended for track use, track specific wheelset. I am also going to have a street wheelset.
Places like this make me have nightmares of being upstairs drinking my coffee and walking to the balcony only to look out the window at the tidal wave quietly approaching me!
