I'm wondering if Apple actually did to something to the refurbed Rev A models, because I don't have any major problems with overheating either. I do use coolbook though, but hulu never stutters and although the back/bottom does get pretty warm, it hasn't shut down a core yet. I've put it through its paces and I am reasonably happy so far.

Alright, I think I'm going to go with the aluminium MacBook then. I'm going to need this machine for at very least 3 years. With all the trouble many users noted, I think I'll just play it safe and get a better computer. Thank you everyone for helping me, but if you have any more input, I'm all ears.
