Thinking of making the switch what should I do??

By the time the next generation of iMacs come around (later this year) Apple will most likely have corrected any screen display problems they have.

But don't you think if apple completely fixed the display issues with the next revision, that they'd be perfectly happy to swap the screen out of one's previous model iMac for a new screen without issues? That is of course, barring any redesign of it-- internally or externally.
