I went to see Avatar on saturday and while I was waiting for the theater to fill, a little boy on my side with an iTouch, said to his dad who had an iphone "look dad how many people have iPhones" I tought he was talking about me and my wife because we were using our iphones at the moment, but when I took a look to my both sides and 3 rows down a LOT of people were using iphones, I managed to count 17 iphones Between my row and 3 rows below me, I couldnt see farther other peoples phone, it was to funny, is like all those people were showing off their iphones. There was an old guy in front of me watching youtube videos with headphones while he waited for the movie to start, another one was on ebay.

Every where I go someone has an iPhone but I have never seen so many people on a public place with them.

I love my 3gs my wife loves her 3g, abd I know once someone uses this phone they dont go back. I tried to switch carriers last week and a HTC pro 2, and it really sucks, you cant compared to an iphone.

People who say the iphone sucks etc, is because they have never tried one.

Nothing has me chained to an iPhone, if they don't improve the iPhone immensely this time around, I'm considering a Droid.

this is why i'm looking to buy another phone soon. all the peons have one and i don't feel superior anymore

I agree, I have been noticing so many people with iPhones lately. Don't know whether it's due to me actually owning one but it seems that friends are replacing their Nokia or any other phone for that matter with an iPhone.

I see people all the time with black iPhones....

but only real men have a white iPhone like me

I have decided that my single iPhone is not sufficient to impress people, so I am buying a second iPhone so that I can use two iPhones at the same time. It really helps that I am schizophrenic and can carry on two conversations at once. Fortunately I am also ambidextrous, so I can do things with either hand.

Then you can go to the theatre and record Avatar in 3D, just like all those people in the original post.

U know what makes me feal superior when a new iPhone cums out and I sell my old one for the price of the new one ( witch some how always works out) and getting the new one :)

Haha it's funny because I had a similar experience when I went to see Avatar! So many people were using their iphones/ipods and not only that, I saw about 7 people playing the same game I was (unblock me) to pass the time.
